RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Private customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned products must:

  • be unused

  • be unopened

  • remain in original packaging

  • be in resalable condition

Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
